Venerable Jonathan,
Sangha member
Venerable Jonathan is mentor and advisor to the BWMY community. Fondly known as Ven Jon, he is also the youngest resident monk in BW Monastery.
Ven Jon was ordained at the young age of 24 in 2019. He is instrumental in the success and growth of Wisdom Youthnited, gathering and leading a group of committed youth leaders who continue to be passionate about bringing Buddhism to their peers in fun, engaging ways.
Prior to his ordination, Ven Jon was an active member of our youth community himself, having participated in various activities and interest groups including The Odds and HeyDay CO.
