S3: What Is The Most Important Job Of A Leader?

In this session, our Secondary 3 students delved into the qualities of a compassionate leader through a quick recap of the top 10 traits. They creatively explored leadership through visuals and brainstorming. They then stepped into the shoes of leaders for a school project, considering challenges and uncooperative team members. A dynamic hula hoop activity underscored the lesson: responding to a leader's command, the team lowered the hoop together while maintaining connection.

From this engaging experience, our youths grasped that leadership involves unforeseen challenges, often beyond their control, such as team members' punctuality. They discovered that by mastering self-management, leaders hold the power to influence and change such circumstances.
