Sec 3-4: How Should I Counter My Anger?

This week, the secondary 3-4 youths learned about how they can control their anger and practice patience. Firstly, they were asked to recognise what anger looked like from seven different people expressions. The youths then shared about how their bodies felt when they were angry.

Next, we shared with the youths a scenario to let them understand that the action they took came from the habits and actions that they have taken in the past. Lastly, the youths learned that the anger they had on another person was due to the karma they have in their past lives.

We hope that from this session the youths are able to control their anger better and become a happier person.
