As the Ox-picious Niu Year is fast approaching, the Omni youths were introduced to Tang Yuan, a Chinese dessert that is usually consumed on the 15th day of the Lunar New Year.

The youths also embarked on the 'Niu Niu Tang Yuan Challenge', where they have to cook and serve Tang Yuan to their loved ones. This challenge will end on 26 February 2021.

Following a homemade recipe and step-by-step instructions, the youths immersed themselves in making their own personalised Tang Yuan, with or without fillings.

Tang Yuan is a food that symbolises harmony and reunion. It was a joy being able to prepare Tang Yuan from scratch with and for loved ones this festive season. Here is a video featuring the youths making Tang Yuan: http://tiny.cc/OmniCNY2021
