S1: How Should I Listen To My Teachers (Part 1&2)

In the first part of ‘How should I listen to my Teachers’, the Secondary 1 youths learned the importance of listening without the afflictions. After watching a funny video, the youths watched a short clip showing a student with symptoms of arrogance. Next, the youths watched two videos which teaches us that we must listen at an appropriate time and show homage to our teacher.

In the second part, the youths watched two short anime clips and answered questions through the Zoom chat. These 2 videos highlighted the differences between a person with arrogance and without arrogance.

In this session, the youths learned about the faults of arrogance and the benefits of following the six attributes of being free from arrogance. Next lesson, they will be learning how to be free from contempt while listening.
