S2: Not Yolo- Infinite life, Infinite Hope

This week was the first learning lesson of the year. The secondary two youths started off with playing Flappy Bird online game. Some got to higher levels, others were stuck at lower levels. Thereafter, they learnt the concept of infinite life and how the things they do in their current life will affect their next one through videos and discussions.

The youths were also prompted to think about what the environment would be like in the future, how it would affect them if they were reborn back to Earth, and what kind of world they would want to live in.

Lastly, they were asked whether they would stop doing certain things, or reduce frequency, after learning about infinite life in order to have a good rebirth or be born into an ideal world. There were answers from the youths such as “stop killing insects” and "do more good deeds".
