S2: Importance Of Understanding Stress
This week the secondary two youths watched a video that explained 5 signs of stress. They went on to participate in the kahoot game to see how much they understand from the video so as to be aware of their physical and emotional reactions while competing for the points. Then, we moved on to recognise the physical and psychological signs of stress and what impacts it could bring. Lastly, it is important to know that stress may not necessarily be a bad thing, if we can find ways to manage it such as exercising, having quality sleep and sharing your feelings with friends.
