S3-4: How Can A Leader Cultivate Pleasant Speech?

For first part of the class, we shared with the youths ways of showing pleasant speech through watching a role play and videos. After watching it, the youths were encouraged to share their reactions and thoughts of having bad/good speech. In the next segment, the youths learned how to cultivate pleasant speech through a few ways such as OMAK.

We hope that the youths were able to know that as a leader it is necessary to communicate with others to get things done. Therefore it is important to use pleasant speech to make others at ease.
